Shipping and Delivery of Goods

SealsOnline is currently shipping throughout South Africa and to all African countries except Namibia at this time.

SealsOnline offers the delivery of Goods to you via a courier door to door service. Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. The applicable delivery charges will appear in your cart at checkout.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Our aim is to get the product to you in the least amount of time but the shipping process can take between 1 and 5 working days in major metros and 3 to 10 working days to outlying and smaller towns in South Africa.

Recipients of outside of South Africa shipments we aim to dispatch your orders from the warehouse as soon as possible, between 1-10 working days, exports are subject to delivery times out of our control once the package leaves the borders of South Africa, like customs clearing, flights and pandemic restrictions in your local area.

Undeliverable packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

The delivery of the goods to you, will take place as soon as reasonably possible but no later than an estimated 30 days from receipt of your payment with the exception with Made-to-order options, these will be completed as soon as reasonably possible but are subject to raw material availability and manufacturing schedules with the third party sellers.

We shall be entitled to execute orders in part from time to time.

SealsOnline and third party sellers obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order.

Should we not be able to deliver the goods marked on the site as in stock during the estimated 30 day delivery period, we will notify you.

You may then, within 7 days of receiving such notification elect to cancel or not cancel your order for the goods.

SealsOnline or any third party sellers will not be held responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the products after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Whilst we shall make every endeavour to deliver the goods promptly or within the time indicated by us, we shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any damages, direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, sustained by the buyer as a result of non-delivery or late delivery due to any cause whatsoever, in particular, but without derogating from the generality of the aforegoing, we shall not be liable for delays in delivery by the transporter.

No claims shall be recognised by us unless lodged within 7 days after receipt of goods.

You shall have no claim for short delivery unless the quantity short delivered is endorsed on all copies of a delivery note presented for signature.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on seaslonline.co.za are excluding Import Customs Duties & Taxes.

Import Customs Duties & Taxes are referred to as Import Fees, these Import Fees are for the consignees account and would need to be paid to your respective Customs Authorities before delivery can take place, depending on your local laws

When ordering from sealsonline.co.za, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination you chose, your country.

Recipients of outside of South Africa shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Customs Duties & Taxes vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Various Components play a role in Import Fee calculations and may include among others:

Product price and category, Shipping costs and weight, Customs clearance channel

Import taxes based on custom duty amounts.

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

Import Regulations

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates, which are out of our control.

Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, Tax Clearance and so on.
