Can I choose my serial number range for tamper-evident seals & bags products?
For ‘In Stock’ Items, No you cannot choose which serial numbers you receive, only on Made -to-order offer items once full payment, security verification and sample agreement has been completed and received.
In Stock Serialised items will be dispatched from a controlled batch of stock serialised seals or bags.
Why are some of the seals made with Pastel colours?
This is to get the best print vs plastic colour contrast for quick and easy identification.
Can I have a unique size bag and colour made?
Only on Made-to-order offers once full payment, security verification and sample agreement has been completed and received.
Can you put a barcode on my Made-to-order seals and tamper-evident products?
Yes we can on the White Barcoded Made -to-order seals options, and some TE Bags once full payment, security verification and sample agreement has been completed and received.
When do I receive the security verification and sample agreement to complete for option Made-to-order?
Once your order and payment is received from the website, we will contact you using the email address and telephone details supplied on your order forms to complete your Made-to-order details.
Where do you Ship to?
Throughout South Africa door to door. All African countries except Namibia at this time.
How long does it take?
We work to get your goods to you as soon as possible however allow for an Economy option of 3-5 working days or for free shipping 5-10 working days from order in South Africa. For outside South Africa orders, we aim to have your goods dispatched from our warehouse between 1-10 working days, however once the goods leave South Africa borders their may be delays out of our control in your local area, like customs delays, flights and pandemic restrictions.

Do you ship internationally?
We service the entire South Africa and all African countries, except Namibia at this time through the SealsOnline website
Can I change an order once its been paid for?
Generally No, because our aim is to deliver as quickly as possible, if there is stock available we would dispatch very shortly after receiving the order & payment.
You would need to contact us immediately after completing the payment to try and change any details about the order, if the order had already been dispatched, you would either have to make a new order and treat the previous order as a return which will incur the return charges.
