Returns Policy

 

In the event of an incorrect product being delivered, we will exchange the order, as long as the packaging is all intact and any part of the product not used, you will need to notify us within 2 working days of the incorrect product being delivered.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase after you have received it, you will need to notify us within 2 working days, you will be liable for the cost to return the product to our warehouse with your appointed courier agent. We will only accept cancellations via email by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days.

Once payment has been collected and an order processed and you request a cancellation any refund will incur a 20% of the total purchase price handling fee.

Refunds can take up to an estimated 14 working days to clear, may be longer.
